Welcome to Kape Nakoj - the coffee of the villages
Where can you buy our products?
Cultivated areas
In addition to our small farmers, with an average of 1,000sqm of acreage, we currently also have 15 other plots distributed in different regions of the Kaqchikel Route in Guatemala, with unique climates and altitudes, to grow quality highland coffee. In addition to the altitude, the temperature, humidity and amount of rain are decisive quality factors.
Coffee Plants
Around 5,000 Arrabica coffee plants form the basis for our coffees today. Our farmers are on the road all year round with planting, cutting, caring for and fertilizing the plants on their ``mini`` plantation in order to ensure an optimal harvest.
Coffee Varieties
The coffee bean is the raw material from which delicious drinks are made. The type of species and the variety it belongs to will determine its size and affect the final in-cup flavor.
Community
It is precisely the more than 1,000 families that make up our quality and our products. For around five years, Kape Nakoj has been working on the constant further development of the product and community to promote the cultivation, production and distribution of coffee with high quality standards.
